ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Please provide your files in the following formats: PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, JPEG, etc. The recommended resolution size required is at least 300 DPI.
We recommend adding a 2-inch bleed area to ensure that eyelets do not damage your images and text.
PRINT READY FILES & APPROVALS
Once we receive the artwork files, we convert them to print-ready files. We don’t print these files with Pantone colours and we convert them to CMYK format before we print them. Expect a slight variation in colours once we convert these files. Once we convert these files, we will send you the print ready files, further you can review and provide us with the approval to print these files.
There may be a 10-15% variance in shades of the printed material. This variance is due to differences in monitor screen resolution and printer configuration. We will consider such prints to be of good quality, and we will not issue a refund or reprint in that case.
You need to ensure that you check out the print ready files for spelling, colours, layouts and etc. before providing an approval to print them over. As per our company’s policy, we would require an email approval to print these files. Until we receive an email approval from your side, we will not print your order.
We by no means would be responsible if your order gets late due to delayed response.
We will regard approval for print-ready files received after the cutoff time as an order for the following business day under the chosen service.
BANNER QUALITY EXPECTATIONS
We use a large format printer for printing, and the printed products are expected to be viewed from a distance of more than 2 meters.
If you expect to have printing similar to HD photographic printing, unfortunately we will not be able to provide HD photographic printing results. On our website under the ‘Our Work’ page, we have put in pictures of printed material. You can check out these printed files and get an idea that how your printed material will look like.
Hemming and eyelets are absolutely free of cost and we are not providing any warranty for their wear and tear.
There might be a variation of 1-2 cm in the size of printed material.
DELIVERY & PACKAGING
The standard delivery timeframe is 5-6 business days.
We send banners larger than 5ft x 5ft folded to fit our standard packaging with a flat-rate delivery fee, unless you choose special tube delivery. Folding may cause creasing and discolouring on the folded areas. We consider such a product perfectly printed and delivered.
Let us know before placing an order if you want it sent rolled instead of folded. We will inform you of any additional cost for special instructions. We pack all orders in carton boxes of square shapes or triangle shapes. For orders over £100, delivery is free. A standard delivery fee of £5.99 applies to orders under £100.
EXPRESS SERVICE / URGENT DELIVERIES
We are providing a delivery within 24 hours on urgent orders. Depending upon the value of order, the charges associated to express delivery will vary. We will inform you of express delivery charges before you place an order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm requiring next-day delivery will incur an additional 50% delivery charge
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you have issues with the delivered order, please inform us in writing via email within 24 hours after delivery. The 24 hours timescale starts from the time of delivery. We will not entertain your complaints after the specified timeframe.
We will only accept returns if the print is of low quality or the size is incorrect. Please reject the shipment if packaging or goods seem damaged.
In case, if you accept a delivery we assume that you are good with the order and do not require a return. If your order delivery is delayed and you no longer need the products, please let us know right away, ask for a return, and refuse the products at delivery.
If customers require any further inspection for the replacement or the refund issue, customers will be responsible for dispatching and sending back the returned goods and the delivery cost associated to returned goods. We only cover the costs associated with sending the goods to customer’s location.
If a customer places an express order and the delivery is not made on time, we will refund £11.99 express delivery charges. In case if there is a delay in delivery due to late printing, we will refund both express service charges and express delivery charges to clients and a standard delivery of £6.99 will be applied to this order.
FRAUD & DECEPTION
We put a very strict quality control procedure in place. We take photographs of the printed and the dispatched materials. If we find any fraudulent or deceptive activities, we will take strict legal measures. Additionally, we will recover all costs associated with these activities from the individuals involved.
COPYRIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any order we design and print is the intellectual property of AA Printers. We reserve all the right to showcase these designs and images of printed material on our website and different other websites as well for marketing purposes. We can also use these designs and images for future prospective customers.
In the case of a refund, we will deduct a design service fee of 50% of the total invoice amount from the refunded amount.
OTHERS
Our liability is limited towards any order in context to an order value.
In case if there is any issue challenged through Merchant services or Paypal, such service providers will be the final decision makers on that issue and it will not be challenged anywhere else.
